- What to include
To support efficient triage, include:
- your name and organization;
- the engagement name/reference (if applicable);
- a concise description of the concern;
- dates, screenshots, or supporting context (where relevant); and
- your preferred resolution path.
- Review process
We generally follow a structured workflow:
- Acknowledge receipt and confirm the primary issue.
- Triage severity and scope (service, billing, website, security, etc.).
- Investigate facts and gather internal context.
- Respond with findings and an action plan (if applicable).
- Close with confirmation and, where appropriate, preventive improvements.
- Response targets
We aim to:
- acknowledge within 2 business days; and
- provide a substantive response within 10 business days, depending on complexity.
