  • How to submit a complaint or feedback
    Submit feedback via:
    • Contact form (recommended)

    For urgent concerns, include “URGENT” in the subject line.
  • What to include
    To support efficient triage, include:
    • your name and organization;
    • the engagement name/reference (if applicable);
    • a concise description of the concern;
    • dates, screenshots, or supporting context (where relevant); and
    • your preferred resolution path.

  • Review process
    We generally follow a structured workflow:
    1. Acknowledge receipt and confirm the primary issue.
    2. Triage severity and scope (service, billing, website, security, etc.).
    3. Investigate facts and gather internal context.
    4. Respond with findings and an action plan (if applicable).
    5. Close with confirmation and, where appropriate, preventive improvements.

  • Response targets
    We aim to:
    • acknowledge within 2 business days; and
    • provide a substantive response within 10 business days, depending on complexity.
    Timelines may vary for issues requiring third-party investigation or additional documentation.
  • Privacy and confidentiality
    We handle complaints and feedback in a manner intended to respect confidentiality and privacy. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data through the website unless specifically requested as part of a contracted engagement. For broader data handling topics, see the Privacy Policy.
